Shipping & returns

When you place an online order with us here at St Ives Surf School it will be hand-packed by our team here at our HQ on Porthmeor Beach and sent to your door, wherever you are in the UK. Unfortunately at this time, we are only able to ship outside of the UK in special circumstances so please contact us directly for more information info@stivessurfschool.co.uk.

Our standard shipping cost is £5.00 and will take 3 – 5 working days to arrive. All products will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class delivery. Orders over £50 will be sent FREE.

We do not currently offer Express delivery through our website, however please contact our team directly and we may be able to help.

PLEASE NOTE WE’LL ENDEAVOUR TO DISPATCH YOUR ORDER STRAIGHT AWAY, HOWEVER DURING BUSY PERIODS THIS MAY TAKE A LITTLE LONGER.

Returns & exchanges

We hope that you are happy with your purchase from us but understand if you need to return your items. We can offer a refund on items returned in unworn condition with the tags intact within 14 days of delivery. Any items received in a non-sellable condition will not be accepted.

Prior to returning any items please contact our team directly so we can look out for it in the post or check stock for any items that you wish to exchange.

Please ensure that you return the goods to us folded and in their original packaging.
